There’s no need to make a trip to a branch to deposit your paycheck. Your employer can make direct deposits to your Spend or Save Account – or both. The funds are deposited on, or even sometimes before, your scheduled payday. It’s faster and safer than manually cashing checks and it’s free with a Granite Spend Account.
Set it up through your employer. You’ll need to give your employer your Granite account number and Granite Credit Union’s ABA Routing number, which is 324078721.
Complete this form and submit it to your employer to start using Direct Deposit, or change an existing Direct Deposit arrangement.
Direct deposit is for more than just paychecks:
tax refunds
investment redemptions
social security income
other government benefits
Many employers allow you to divide your paycheck to be automatically deposited into multiple accounts so you can keep some in your Spend Account for bills and expenses and put some into one or more Save Accounts. It’s an easy and effective way to build wealth.
Send and receive money safely and securely with a wire transfer. Wire transfers are a fast, easy way to send money and are often used in large amounts for a one-time payment for something such as a real estate transaction or doing business overseas.

Before you wire money make sure the individual or entity you are sending the money to is valid.
Never wire money to anyone:
you haven’t met in person
who says they work at a government agency like the IRS, SSA, or a well-known company
who pressures you into paying immediately
who says a wire transfer is the only way to pay
who tries to sell you something over the phone
who wants you to deposit a check and have you wire some or all of the money anywhere
